2. License
Ormi is a field service management platform. Your first 20 completed jobs are fee-free as a welcome benefit (one-time, per company). After that, you pay $25 per month for each field technician who completes work in that month, charged in arrears. A month always includes at least one technician, which covers the two-way messaging and phone service that run for your account whether or not work was completed. Office users, dispatchers and administrators are not billed, and completed jobs are unlimited and never charged for. Ormi Phone is an optional add-on sold in monthly packages for the whole company (1,000 minutes for $29, 3,000 minutes for $79, 6,000 minutes for $149), then 5 cents a minute, as described in section 8. Two-way conversations with your customers are unlimited and are never billed as an overage. Automated messages your account sends, such as appointment reminders, on-my-way notices and invoice notifications, are included at 1,000 per field technician per month, pooled across your whole company. A fair-use ceiling applies to total message volume: we may decline further messages in a month once a company passes 300% of its pooled allowance, which is several times what normal use reaches, and we will tell you before that happens.
You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or offer Ormi products or services, modified or unmodified, without our written consent.
3. Ownership and liability
All Ormi products, solutions, and materials remain the intellectual property of Ormi. You may not claim ownership of our services, whether modified or unmodified.

User accounts and product licenses are non-transferable . For agencies and development partners: Please ensure your clients purchase their own licenses if they require direct support access.
4. Refund policy
Ormi bills $25 per month for each field technician who completes work in that month, charged in arrears, with a minimum of one technician, which covers the two-way messaging and phone service that run for your account whether or not work was completed. Because a month is billed after the work it covers, and only for the technicians who actually worked, there is no traditional refund policy. You can cancel at any time, and once you have cancelled you are not billed for later months. Standard payment processing fees from your payment provider may still apply.

8. Phone system and communications
Every Ormi plan includes a business phone number that rings wherever you choose, and texting with your customers. Ormi Phone is an optional add-on that adds outbound calling, voicemail, an auto-attendant and call recording. By using the phone system, you agree to the following terms:
Billing. Ormi Phone is billed on the same subscription and invoice as your Ormi plan. The package you choose is charged monthly in advance; minutes used beyond your package are charged in arrears on the following invoice, itemised with the number of minutes. Adding Ormi Phone part-way through a month is prorated. There is no prepaid balance.
Packages and additional minutes. Ormi Phone is sold in monthly packages of pooled calling minutes shared by your whole company: Phone 1K, 1,000 minutes for $29 a month; Phone 3K, 3,000 minutes for $79 a month; Phone 6K, 6,000 minutes for $149 a month. Minutes beyond your package are charged at 5 cents per minute, with each call rounded up to a whole minute, and there is no upper limit on these charges unless you set one. You accept this rate each time you choose or change a package, and a record of that acceptance is kept. We notify your administrators when your company reaches 80%, 90% and 100% of its minutes. You may set a monthly limit on additional minutes in Settings > Billing; once it is reached, new outbound calls are refused until the next month, and incoming calls always continue to ring. An upgrade takes effect immediately, is prorated, and its minutes apply to the whole current month; a downgrade takes effect on the first day of the following month. Without Ormi Phone, calls to your business number are forwarded to the phone you choose; 1,000 forwarded minutes a month are included for your whole company, and minutes beyond that are charged at 5cents per minute, rounded up per call, on the following invoice. A subscriber's forwarded calls count against its Ormi Phone package instead, never both. Texting is included with your plan and is not billed per message. Ormi reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice; a company keeps the package it chose until it changes it.
Number porting. You may transfer an existing phone number to Ormi at no charge. Porting typically takes 1-3 business days for wireless numbers and 2-4 weeks for other numbers. Toll-free numbers (800, 888, 877, 866, 855) are not eligible for porting at this time.
Phone number assignment and release. A dedicated phone number is assigned to your account and stays yours while your Ormi plan is active. A failed payment does not affect it while the payment is being retried, and neither does removing Ormi Phone. If your Ormi plan ends, because you cancel it or because it could not be paid, the number and its texting registration are held for 30 days after the end of the period you have paid for; resubscribe in that time and everything resumes as it was. The number alone is then held until 90 days after that date, so you can still resubscribe (texting must then be registered with the carriers again, which takes a few days) or have another provider port the number out. After 90 days the number is released to the carrier and cannot be recovered. We email your billing administrators before each of these steps. Numbers you ported to Ormi are held and released on the same terms.
Call recording and compliance. If you enable call recording, a disclosure announcement is played to all parties before recording begins. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding call recording, including but not limited to one-party and two-party consent requirements. Ormi provides the recording tools; legal compliance is your responsibility.
SMS consent and compliance. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before sending SMS messages to your customers. Ormi provides automated opt-in/opt-out handling (STOP, START, HELP keywords) in compliance with TCPA guidelines. Misuse of the SMS system, including sending unsolicited messages, may result in account suspension.
Service availability. The phone system relies on third-party telecommunications infrastructure. Ormi does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for outages, delays, or failures caused by telecommunications providers, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
You may remove Ormi Phone at any time in Settings > Billing. Ormi Phone is billed monthly in advance, so removal takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: outbound calling, voicemail, the auto-attendant and call recording keep working until then, you are not billed for Ormi Phone again, and you may keep Ormi Phone at no charge at any point before that date. The period already paid for is not refunded, and additional minutes used during it are billed on your next invoice. Removing Ormi Phone does not release your phone number or affect texting; releasing a number is a separate action.
